The Gala Planning Team are pleased to announce that the first loco to be confirmed for the spring gala is 1930 Kerr Stuart built ex GWR Pannier tank No. 7714. As Pannier tanks were often seen on the Minehead branch in BR days the BR black loco will be an excellent representative of a type of loco that fits our theme of “Great Western Routes & Branches” well. Other visiting locos are still to be confirmed and full details will be given as soon as discussions have progressed.
The Spring Steam Gala will be taking place from 22nd - 25th March 2018 and tickets for the Spring Steam Gala are now avilable to purchase. Further information about the event can be found here
