We are looking for an Apprentice, Mechanical Engineering Department

We are seeking to recruit a young person to undertake a 3 year apprenticeship within the Mechanical Engineering Department at Minehead.

The successful applicant will undergo training in a wide variety of aspects relating to the maintenance, repair and restoration of locomotives.

The position would suit a recent school leaver with a good level of secondary education who has an interest in heritage railways and who wishes to pursue a career in mechanical engineering.
