The Santa Express
The Santa Express is slightly different from our traditional Santa Specials. Instead of arriving at Santa's grotto and queuing to see him you will be visited by Santa whilst on the train. Each child will receive a gift from Santa and Parents and Grandparents will be served with seasonal refreshments. The Santa Express will travel from Bishops Lydeard to Williton on the following dates and prices:
There are no Santa Expresses from Minehead this year. They will all depart from Bishops Lydeard on the above dates and the times for these trains will be 10.10, 12.20 and 14.35. Please click here for Availability of these trains

The Traditional Santa Special Why not take a train ride this Christmas to meet Santa in his grotto? The trip consists of taking the train from Bishops Lydeard to Crowcombe Heathfield or from Minehead to Blue Anchor to meet Santa. Each child will receive a gift from Santa and Parents and Grandparents will be served with seasonal refreshments. Once every child has received their present the train will return to the starting station. FROM BISHOPS LYDEARD:

All our trains are suitable for passengers with disabilities - pl;ease let us know in advance if there is any way we could enhance your visit and we shall do our best to make sure you have a wholly enjoyable visit. Access to trains is possible for passengers in wheelchairs - please let us know at the time of booking if you will be bringing one or more and whether or not you are able to transfer from your wheelchair to a different seat. All fares are inclusive and include return fares, mince pies and seasonal refreshments for the adults and presents for the children. There is a buffet coach on our trains where a range of high quality, locally produced hot and cold snacks are availiable as well as tea and coffee, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages.
