THREE super chefs have joined forces to host a pop-up dining experience on-board the West Somerset Railway Association’s (WSRA) Quantock Belle dining train on 8th April 2019.
Self-taught Chef Claire Lynch from Claire’s Kitchen in Wooten Courtney, will host the event, joined by Michelin Star Chef Mark Dodson from the Masons Arms in Knowlstone and last years Somerset Life Chef of the Year Olivier Certain from Duende In Wiveliscombe .
Throw on your glad rags and join the 3 chefs at this wondrous Black Tie event on board the West Somerset Railways Quantock Belle. Tempting courses will be served to you at your table, whilst travelling through the countryside and along the coast.
Your ticket will include the train ride, and your sumptuous meal, allowing you to truly indulge on this one night only event.
