According to the Travel Somerset website, from Monday 8th October 2018 to Friday 4th January 2019 there will be significant roadworks taking place at the Cross Keys roundabout, on the A358 between Bishops Hull (Taunton) and Pen Elm. Here, temporary traffic lights will be in place and delays are expected throughout the period.
This will impact all customers travelling to Bishops Lydeard Railway Station from all directions via Taunton.
We therefore suggest accounting for this in your journey time so that you arrive in plenty of time for your train. Unfortunately trains can not be held for delayed passengers.
