Please note we only have 4 accessible spaces available on each train for passengers who will remain in their wheelchair for the duration of the journey. These tickets are now available to purchase online. If there are no available accessible spaces online, this means they are full and you will be required to choose another date or time to travel. If purchasing the accessible space for a child, please indicate the age and gender of the child in the notes section at check out. If you have any issues with making your booking please call us on 01643 704996 and we will do our best to help you.
Please note that only assistance dogs are permitted on our festive services. If you need to travel with an assistance dog, please let us know when making your booking.
Bookings
If you make multiple bookings and would like your groups to be seated together, please let us know at the time of booking by adding a note at the check out or emailing info@wsrail.net with your booking reference number and names of who you wish to sit with. We will do our best to accommodate seating requests, provided we receive sufficient notice before seating plans are finalised. All passengers within a single booking will automatically be seated together.
