  • How do I book tickets through the website?

    To book tickets, please use tthe 'Events and Experiences' tab on the website where you will have various options. If you wish to book travel only tickets then please select either the Bishops Lydeard or Minehead Explorer tabs depending on which end of the line you would like to travel from.

  • I have been expecting a call but not heard anything yet, what should I do?

    We are receiving a high volume of calls and are doing our best to keep up to date we will call you back as soon as possible. If it has been over 48 hours since you called and you have not heard back from us please call us again on 01643 704996. 

  • What time should I arrive at the Station?

    On the date of travel please arrive at no earlier than 45 minutes before your train is due to leave. If you hold tickets please continue on to the platformn, if you need to buy tickets please visit the booking office. 

  • Can I buy tickets on the day in 2021?

    It is advisable to book tickets in advance of travel as we have limited capacity on the train, however, if there are any remaing tickets available these can be purchased on the day from our booking offices booking office. For track and trace purposes we will need to take your personal details to allow you access.  

  • Can I buy individual tickets in 2021?

    Due to the easing of restrictions, we are now able to offer indivual tickets for adults and children.

  • Are there additional discounts available this year?

    We have kept the price as low as possible for our services this year, and therefore there are no further discounts available. 

  • I had tickets for 2020 which I couldn't use, can I use them this year?

    We are currently in the process of contacting ticket holders from last year via email with the options available to you for travel this year. If you would like to give us a call for us to arrange 2021 tickets, please call  01643 704996 and we will b e happy to help.

  • Will I be able to get on or off the train at intermediate stations?

    Yes - due to the ease of restrictions, we will now be stopping at all stations except Doniford Holt, Washford and Minehead. 

  • Is Car Parking available?

    We have limited free parking at Bishops Lydeard. There is a pay and display car park next to Minehead Station.

  • Can I make group bookings online?

    To ensure that all your group requirements are met, we require all group bookings to be made by telephone on 01643 700398. It is important to book groups in as soon as possible as we have limited capacity on our services. 

  • Do you have Toilets available?

    Toilets are available at Bishops Lydeard and Minehead Station, we also have toilets available on the train.
